That is one of the main consequences. Also if you do too many Kale green smoothies it can build up toxins in your system. Numbness, etc. Kale is wonderful and filled to the brim with nutrients. Too much is too much. Victoria Boutenko's family suffered dearly. LOL Then she realized to ROTATE her food-especially greens.
I choose 2 different varieties with 2 adjunct choices that I can use in salads. I rotate those weekly. Yesterday I had dandelion greens, baby spinach, baby bok choy. today I'll use my red chard with dandelion greens. tomorrow I'll use baby spinach, bok choy and kale. I normally use kale 3 times a week. Same with spinach.
With my other food I also rotate. I open my frige and follow my instincts/heart. Today I steared away from flax seed and did 2 dates in my fruit/protein smoothie with 1 Tbl of hemp oil and 1Tbl of flax oil. It was exactly what my body needed. It cleared my head instantly and raised my mood. I woke up a little yucky. Feel great now.
Don't limit your healthy options. Be creative. Live with your instincts and your heart. You will always be led to the right choices.
