. Click on "couch to 5k running plan" then click on " print the running plan". The plan includes "stay loose" a link to an after run/walk stretch sequence. This is a 9-week programme (Spark has a 5-week programme if you want results faster) and if you start this week, you will be running a 5k on the weekend of February 11-12. A Valentine's present to yourself. What is great about this workout is that it can be done on a treadmill for those of us stuck indoors on nasty, blizzardy days.
