But I'm pretty big on those beans. Kidney, chickpea, borlotti, broad beans. Add a little spanish onion and leafy greens and I am set. Plus, these two are my standard answers for when people ask the dreaded question - "So ... like, how do you get your protein?"

I cannot say. I eat a diet rich in vegetables, fruits ,whole grains, beans, legumes, nuts, and seeds. I enjoy all sorts of things and do not have a favorite. I will say that I always find ways to include spinach but it's not my favorite. I love the variety a plant based diet offers.

I think this question is not so easy for me lol i love fruit, raisins, veggys, but when i think of it tofu lol im learning i can make it any thing lol oh lets not forget dried bean ( hummus home made veggy burger ect) i reckon dont have any one favorite . Thats exactly why i never know what i wont to buy an cook lol
