I share the carb addiction with you.
For me, I have to avoid breads and white potatoes like the plague. It's not like I can have a little and be fine. Once I have that first bite I can't stop until there is nothing left.
I do notice that I have a lot more self control when eating gluten-free items. They are expensive and some are nasty but, when you find the tasty ones, I can eat a serving and be happy.
So find one of those carb 12-step programs and admit you are powerless over bread. Hi, my name is Terje.
