I have a "drink" everyday. I blend it and love it in the morning. It includes a green of some kind - spinach, kale or parsley and a banana - and whatever else i have around in the fruit area usually. Sometimes i add carrot, celery, cocoa, and/or aguave nectar if it isnt sweet enough. Then i add enough water to blend and some ice. I have an old style blender. It is what i drink after my morning workout along with a 16 ounce glass of water. I take it the leftovers to work and sip it till it is gone.
Not sure if you call it a smoothie, blended drink or "stuff" but i love my morning drink.
I have done juice from my champion juicer before as well but I really dont like tossing the pulp right now.
