Congrats! I've done a couple basic shakes but bought some more ingredients over the weekend to jazz things up a bit. And I just finished a Jillian Michaels cardio/weights workout, about to make myself another delicious shake!
I am learning to eat healthier again....I went off the bread and crackers and am mixing fruit in with my shakes. I LOVE peanut butter, raisins and celery!! I am also eating more protein and so far I've lost 10 pounds in two weeks. :)

I'm only using the shape kit right now, but plan to move up to the transformation kit once I've got enough referrals that it'd be free. (My shape kit is free already). I have lost 21lbs my first month and from this point out, I expect to lose 2-3lbs a week. I can't give you first hand experience with the transformation kit products, but so long as you are tracking calories (here on SP), that's mostly what it's about. How many calories in, how many burned? Beyond that, the rest helps, but it's not the majority of what gets it done, you know?
Geared up and gung-ho for my first 90-day challenge. Walking 5-days a week and eating sensibly. Gonna do this!

Hello, everybody! One of my friends from college became a distributor a few months ago, and I just received my first kit (the Shape kit). I want to lose over 50 pounds (gradually - doesn't have to all be in the next 90 days), so I'm not sure if I should do the Shape kit or switch it up and get the Transformation kit. Thoughts? My hesitation with the Transformation kit is that even if I work out, go down to a different kit (i.e., Shape or Balance) after I've lost the weight, weight will be put back on because I'm not taking the metabolism boosters, drink control, etc. all the time. Anybody have any experience with this? My friend assured me this would not happen and those kits do exactly that - maintain the results, but I'm just curious if someone in this group has actually done this process before.
Looking forward to starting this and getting back to where I used to be!
