Hi Eileen! I am Ellen, and I've on my second 90 day challenge - with lots of fits and starts, but I am making progress again. Congrats on your success. I've now lost 31 pounds, 23 on the first 90 days. The shakes are great tasting, and it is fun to dress them up. Would love to have some support here - there has to be lots of us on the Visalus Challenge.
My favorite recipe (and I use it when I'm really craving something) is the Peppermint Patty.
4 oz almond milk (no sugar added, vanilla)
2 T. dark chocolate (I use Xocai Activ)
2 Scoops Shake mix
1 tsp Peppermint extract

I should say I am trying to stay low carb, and the shakes fit in well with that lifestyle. I also just rejoined WW - I need the accountability of weighing in every week. I just figure the points out for my shakes - and it gives me alot of freedom.
