Just wrapped up my first month of the challenge and I am down 21lbs! I think that's how much our Thanksgiving turkey weighed! Hubby is down 29 - for a total of 50 pounds gone from our marriage! LOL How is everyone else doing?

Another month down. Here we are in the last 90 days of the year. Time for 1 more 90 day challenge.
What's your challenge? I think I'm going to concentrate on exercise for this month of October. I've made a good start so far. Went to the gym on Monday and got a good workout in Tuesday in moving boxes. I'm in the process of moving and Tues. was a day of taking things to storage and to my new home. Got my sweat on good both days. Didn't get to work out today. It was the first day of the new meet at the track and that is a busy day for me always. Got to work at 8AM and got home just a few minutes ago.

What's your challenge for October?

Where does everyone stand on their current challenge and how far into it are you? What are your challenge goals.

I'm about a month into my current challenge and have been dragging my feet. I've had some major upheavals in my life over the last month. I believe that the only reason I haven't gained 10-15 lbs is my challenge. I have even lost a couple of lbs over the past couple of weeks. My goal for this challenge it to lose 30 lbs. It means I need to get on the ball and get busy. I'm going to start going to the gym on a regular basis and have a friend who is a trainer that is going to work up a program for me. This will all start next week. I've been working til close to 11PM for the past 2 nights and will be that late or later for the next 2. I come to work at 8 AM. Next week will be short days and the next I will be off. Perfect time to get into a routine.

Let us know where you stand and what we can do to help. emoticon

Hey all! I'm Jess and I'm starting tomorrow! I just got off of a high calorie weekend up north with a bunch of girls, so now it is time to kick it into gear! I am looking to lose a good chunk of the weight I've put on this summer so that my clothes are more comfortable.

I have a bunch of recipes printed out and I've got a ton of yummy frozen fruit and FF/SF pudding mixes to choose from. I did a trial run today to see how I would feel and I didn't feel hungry at all. I indulged in some fudge that I brought home, but since that is gone now, I'm good to go for tomorrow!

I'm looking forward to the challenge!

Jess from Fort Atkinson, WI

Changing, one step at a time, to ensure a healthy future for myself and my family.

What a busy summer this has been for me! I haven't been able to stick to the shakes, or any organized eating plan, for the last 2 weeks or more!

On the plus side, I've lost a total of 21 pounds and 12.5 inches on my first 90 day challenge with Body By Vi!

I ordered more shake mix tonight, and have enough left to carry me until it arrives. So, tomorrow it's the start of a new 90 day challenge for me...and back to keeping better track here on Sparkpeople! emoticon

hello everyone thank you for your good wishes. I'm almost 3 weeks into my challenge. I've lost weight and inches. gained a ton of muscle and energy. I feel wonderful.. truth be told I'm 31 years old and I'm happier right now that I have been since I was 18.. I joined spark people 9 weeks ago. I am eating well drinking my shake and doing circuit training very often.. this time the change is for good.. I'm not on a diet I've actually change my life and I love it.. I stopped making myself feel bad for "messing up" , and instead of giving up I get back up and start over again.. this is not a sprint it's a marathon. I hope you are all doing wellXo

Welcome Joy good luck to you on your challenge. Working out will definitely help you on your challenge it isn't totally necessary. I lost 30 lbs without doing any exercise, other than what I did working and just day to day movement. I have started to try and incorporate exercise in my routine so I can get this weight gone once and for all. Let us know what we can do to help you on your challenge.

Jan, I'm sorry to hear you aren't ordering any of the shake mix right now. I understand about money being tight, but if you figure it out the shakes are cheaper than what you pay for most meals. Even if you order just 1 bag for 1 shake a day would help you. Of course you can always work on getting yours for free, then the money wouldn't be an issue. Good luck to you on your challenge.

Still struggling to stay on the challenge. On the plus side, although I haven't been sticking closely to the routine, I have still managed to keep the 20 pounds off that I've lost, which gives me hope that I will be able to maintain my weight loss when I reach my final goal. Money is tight right now, so I'm having to wait a bit before ordering anymore shake mix. So til then, I'm hoping to just hold the line!

And I plan to start keeping track in my food diary here again, first thing tomorrow!

Good luck to everyone with their challenges!

Hi Joy. I am trying to get back into the swing of things with the shakes but I work out. I've been strength training twice weekly for over a year and have continued to do so. Where I am falling short is aerobic exercise. Really trying to do more than walking. Trying to get myself to do intervals consistently. How are you doing so far?

Hi Everyone, so glad to find you guys here. I completed the first 90 days - lost 22 pounds - and that included a 2 week vacation/cruise where I didn't have the shakes. But now I am struggling, after a few (okay more than a few) bad days I gained 7 pounds back. I've been able to lose 4 of those - but I really want to keep going with this. The shakes taste good, I feel better. I've tried other shakes before - and was soo hungry. So I'm looking for motivation and shake ideas from this group. One recipe I use (I'll post it in the recipes) is to use the shake, 1 tsp of decaff instant coffee, and 1 c almond milk and ice. Mix it in the blender and you have an iced/slushy coffee type drink. I also for breakfast add psyllium husks and safflower oil (great study out of Ohio State about safflower oil and belly fat) to my berry/almond milk/shake mix shake. So I am looking to you for guidance/help/motivation and support!

I've had a difficult week, food-wise, as well. I started having problems last Friday, but struggled to stay on the shakes as much as I could. But the last few days have been bad. I have my shakes (some days, just one), but then tend to overeat at dinner and in the evening. So, I'm having a very hard time getting back into the swing of things.

I also have NOT been coming here and recording my food intake over the last few days, and that has hurt me, as well! So, despite my SEVENTH not-so-good day today, I thought I would come and enter 'everything' I ate, just to see it in black and white, and hopefully get the motivation to start being careful again!

I'm scared I'll gain back the 18 pounds I've lost so far! So, I need to get motivated again!!

I hope everyone has had a better week than I did! emoticon

Michelle, stress and lack of sleep will definitely make you over eat. My fix is to usually grab a glass of water before I grab food. That usually does the trick, but I know this weekend I was on the road most of it and went to food to help keep me awake

I really need to get in gear been eating anything and everything and im starting to gain everything I had lost the first week.Been walking the last few mornings but that doesnt help if I eat a whole pumpkin roll by myself. Our oldest son hasnt been sleeping again (messing with his meds for seizures and taking him off behavior and all sleep meds its been crazy)so since I stay up with him I tend to eat more. We are going camping this weekend so maybe a little fun at the lake will burn a few extra calories. Anyway good luck everyone gotta get house cleaned up so I can go out and start packing up the camper.

I'm not afraid....my own little saying that I say every morning or while im exercising, their is a new challenge every day and I cant allow myself to be afraid....In the world of autism their is never a non eventful day for this and my son each challenge must be met head on.

congratulations on a good start. It sounds like you're getting it in control.
I eat pretty much whatever I want, I just make sure it is in moderation. I have a shake for breakfast and dinner, my DH and I usually go out for lunch. We work at the same place but different shifts, sort of, so it is about the only meal we get together on work days. I cook him breakfast in the morning and have my shake while he has his eggs. It isn't hard for me as I really don't want eggs usually.
It is important to get enough calories in, so your body doesn't feel deprived. If you can't do it in your meal(s), make sure you have a snack or 2. Make sure they are healthy snacks though, not junk.
Keep up the great work.

Well...after week one I'm impressed. First of all, I dropped from 140.6 to 137.8. This is good, but that wasn't even the real victory for me. The real victories were not being sick of the shakes. I feel like I can make so many different things with them. The sugar addict in me loved finding out the shake mixed with sugar free cheesecake Jello tastes exactly like frosting. I also found willpower this past week. I said no to cookies, donuts, In n Out, and candy....and I don't feel like I missed out on anything.

Some days it's a struggle to meet my minimum calorie requirement, but I'm becoming less afraid of eating stuff I want to eat, as long as it fits into my guidelines. I have to say, I don't feel deprived at all. A pretty great start if you ask me!

Welcome Hempgoddess, sorry I'm so late in answering you. I've been out of town for the past few days and have spent minimal time on the computer, so didn't get to all the threads. Good luck on your challenge. I'm going to guess that you should have it by now. I lost 30 lbs on the shakes with no exercise. You should do well, it sounds like you've prepared yourself. Let us know if there is any way we can help you on your journey.

Thanks Jacque and Linda! I was also thrilled when I took my BP and it was 122/67 when it used to run around 136/82! Can't wait to see my doc in a couple of months and surprise her! LOL. Hopefully I'll be down another few pounds by then, too!

Just hang in there, Linda. The weight will come off again! emoticon

Sounds like you're doing great Linda. Keep it going. Get lots of water in and it will flush out all the sodium you had in the BBQ yesterday.

Great job, Jan!

I had lost 4 lbs after three full days on the challenge. I showed a gain this morning after the BBQ and all yesterday, but I'm back on today so I have great expectations for the weekly weigh-in.

I'm already down 1.8 pounds since Tuesday morning, for a total loss of 17.2 pounds in 58 days. Slow but steady! :-) But the most exciting part for me is that today my blood glucose was 5.2 (Canadian measure), whereas it had been running about 7.5 to 8.3 before I started Visalus! Hoping to get rid of a pill or 2 of my diabetic meds soon! :-))

Good job on no major gain Jan. Now back to the routine and I'm sure you'll see that scale moving in the right direction. Remember in this heat to get extra water. We lose a lot more than we think when we are out int he summer heat.

I hope everyone has a happy and safe 4th. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I had a VERY hectic 10 days out at my cottage, with lots of company, cooking and food! In that 10 days I managed to hold the weight gain to only .6 of a pound! It was hard doing shakes because I was on the go so much! But things have settled down, and I'm back on my 2 shakes a day. I've been sitting (approximately) at the same weight for these last 10 days, so I'm hoping to see a loss now that I'm back strictly on my shake regimen! emoticon

Linda, glad to see you pop in. Sounds like you're doing pretty good so far. I like to remind everyone. Make sure you are getting plenty of water in this summer heat. We lose it much faster than we think, so just our regular amount of water may not be enough if you are out in the heat. Good luck to you on breaking that 5 lb mark. I'm sure you'll get there soon.

Hi everyone, I wanted to pop in and join the discussion. emoticon

I am on day 3 of my challenge, and so far so good! Tomorrow will be difficult with a BBQ of the 4th of July, though.

Following this challenge has been easy so far, but I will be happy after I lose more than 5 lbs. I say that because I have been losing and gaining the same 5 lbs for way too long, so I will consider this a success once I drop below that 5 lbs.

Happy 4th everyone if I don't get a chance to log back in!

Good job Chelle, keep it going. You'll make your goal and then some. Remember in this summer heat that you need extra water. We forget how much our bodies lose when it's hot and we tend to not replace it which will stall weight loss. emoticon

I don't imagine that the extract has very many calories in it. It should have the nutrition content on the box it came in if it isn't on the bottle itself.
You need to try and work on the water, even if you have to add lemon or something to it to have a little flavor to it. Not all of your liquid needs to be water, but you really need as much as possible to be. It will help the weight loss process a lot.
Good luck to you. Glad to hear the gluten free is helping your son.

I have done two today (breakfast and then lunch) nd had gluten free pretzels (having to do gluten diet with everyone cause our oldest son has severe autism and it seems to be helping out alot) so far so good and water is a problem for me never do drink enough its after lunch and i think i had two sips on the way to take my son to school this morning (he goes until july 31st)

Welcome Michelle.
The shakes will vary in calorie count with what you put in them. The mix itself is 90 calories for the 2 scoops. Then just add whatever else you put in. Mine usually stay in the 300 calorie range. As for the being tired or headachy. I've never had that problem. Make sure you're getting plenty of water through the day. Not enough water can create either or both of those issues. I've usually had a glass of water before I drink my morning shake and have another while I'm getting ready for work in the morning. Water and tea are about the only 2 things I drink, so I don't have too much of an issue with it. If you're still getting tired after the shakes, check and see how much you're putting into them. Maybe you're adding too many calories and you are just getting the 'I'm full sleepies'. Good luck to you on your challenge and let us know if there is anything we can help you with on your way to better health and fitness.

Congratulations on the first day of your challenge.
I'm on the shape kit and do 2 shakes a day. I've lost about 30 lbs so far. I haven't done any of the metabo pills, but have spoken to people who have and they say that they work well. The shakes by themselves will do the trick, just maybe not a quick as with the other supplements.
Make sure you get plenty of water, a moderate amount of exercise and eat a nutritious meal. Good luck and I look forward to seeing your progress.

Hey Everyone!

My shakes have finally come and my Day 1 will begin in the morning...
I will keep you all posted with videos, photos, as well as journals...

Also my question to everyone is..
Which kit are you all on?
Will the shakes alone do the job, or would you recommend the metabo pills, etc?

Kristal, I hope you are able to get the bloating stopped. If you're getting all the other benefits it would be such a shame to have to stop it. Good luck to you and let me know if I can help in any other way.

JACQUEBO, I'm not putting anything else in the shakes. Two scoops and 16oz of milk. I tried water and hated it but using nonfat milk now. Today was my 2nd day and seems to be a little better. I also got Beano cause it says it is usef for bloating too. I'll start my days with that. I'm drinking more then enough water. So hoping it levels out soon. I am only drinking one a day still cause of the bloating but hope to raise it by next week. If not, then I'm considering stopping it. I don't want to cause it tastes good but two packages a month will be too much. I am getting other positive benefits like less groggy, more desire to do things, and ability to do things. I'm still holding on to hope! :)

INCONTROL, it sounds like you are doing great. You have many factors there that could have kept the scale from moving down. Good job on not letting it move up. Hang in there, you're doing the right things, it will start to move down.

It sounds like everyone has their game plan in action. Just remember that it's not all about the scale. Check your measurements, energy, general well being. This is a nutrition plan and lifestyle, not just another 'diet'. You're working to get healthy and fit, as well as losing the weight. Keep it up.

As for the scale. I keep mine out of sight. Up until a couple of years ago I didn't even own a scale. I base most of how I'm doing by how I feel and how my clothes are fitting.

Weighed in this morning, no loss this week, but no gain either so that's good. I just found the Calories Differential Report on the app for my phone. I added up all the days this week and it's a loss of -5,033 calories which is about 1.4 pounds. But I also incorporated strength training this week so maybe I gained muscle? Or maybe it's just because it happens to be that time of month. Who knows. All I know is that I am just going to keep sticking with what I am doing. As long as I'm not gaining I'm okay. And there was a huge difference between weigh in one and weigh in two. So I'm hopefully that next week's weigh in will show a bigger loss to make up for this week. I CAN DO THIS!

LOL....I know what you mean Tricia! I try to keep off the scale, and weigh once a week, but sometimes, when I feel like I've lost some weight, I hop on in between! Fortunately, I usually have lost...so that encourages me even more to stick with it! emoticon

I have to tell you... it is SO HARD to not stand on that pesky, annoying scale. I never realized how much I live or die by that piece of plastic that displays numbers. 3 more days until weigh in day! Oh my....

Kristal, what all are you putting in your shakes beside the milk? Could one of the other ingredients be causing the bloating? Start tracking it, maybe you'll come up with the answer. Until then, water works. You know you can use juices too.

Tricia, good job on keeping it going. I haven't had much in the way of losses lately, but I've not been following the plan as well as I should, so I'm happy with no gains. I'm trying to get myself back on track this week.

Don't forget girls. Stress can be a real killer to a food play. I know it will cause me more problems than bad eating. It is why I'm at a standstill right now.

Howdy Everybody!

So I told myself to not get on the scale or measure myself until my 30-day challenge mark which is in 4 days. This will not be my month of big weight loss. I am not going to lose hope though. I am going to keep modifying the system until I finally find what makes my body happy.

So far, 2-1/2 days on a water mixture only shake seems to be working. I am definitely less bloated. Yeah!

How is everybody else doing? Making progress?

I am still plateaued, not losing, but have hope. I am still getting bloated but never thought to eliminate the milk so gonna try water starting tomorrow. I tried Almond Milk and Skim, while I loved both I was still bloated. It is crazy how much water my body can take on! Usually 2-3 lb gain, then lose it, then gain it, then lose it, etc., every other day. Most days I have the pregnant look, rounder stomach and feel disgusting. Still have hope just need adjustments.

Tricia, if you can't do almond milk there is also soy milk, rice milk or coconut milk that you could use as well. I personally am not a big fan of soy, but the coconut or rice works well too.

Thanks for the helpful comments!

Yes, when I do not do the two shakes and a meal, then I am doing one shake and two meals. My meals haven't been too bad. Turkey sandwich with a salad... Egg and cheese sandwich... Slice of Hawaiian pizza... Taco salad with only 15 chips/salsa if we eat at our fav Mexican restaurant. The meals that I have just described are all a drastically smaller than what I usually eat.

Starting today, I am going to cut out having so many shakes with milk. I am going to try and do water or juice instead. I haven't tried Almond Milk because I am slightly allergic to nuts. I will see how this new attempt goes before I do the Almond Milk taste test :-)

I am working out. I do a 15-30 minute walk on my lunch break, and then I try and do the Jullian Michael's "Ripped in 30" DVD at least 3 times a week.

How are y'all doing today?

I use the nutrition tracker here to keep track of what I eat. I try to stay around 1300 calories, but if I go as high as 1500, I don't beat myself up. I tend to watch my carb intake more, especially being diabetic, and I try to keep that under 160 grams a day, as recommended to me by the dietician.

What you eat, besides having the 2 shakes, is important. I try to stay away from junk food, processed foods, and eating out too much (the last one can be a struggle for me!)

My weight is also coming off slowly, but I just keep plugging away at it daily, and it IS coming off steadily. I look at it this way...if it comes off fast....it can go back on fast, too! Slower is better! emoticon

Good luck!

Hi Tricia and welcome. I find that if I use milk I get a little gassy as well. I'm not a big milk drinker either. I usually use either Almond milk or juice in my shakes. I have had very few problems with gas. Make sure you are still getting plenty of water to drink and you still have to watch the food intake. The shakes aren't a 'miracle' fix, they are just good solid nutrition. I really noticed a decrease in my appetite as well once I started using Vi. Even though you haven't lost as much weight as you feel like you should have, it looks as though the inches are going down and that is a good thing. I tend to rely more on the inches than the weight. Your weight can fluctuate so much from day to day.
As for getting the extra shake in. I take it you are eating 2 meals a day and drinking your 1 shake for your breakfast. I have a shake for breakfast and usually my second for dinner. I eat lunch, but on my one day off with my DH I don't even drink 1 shake sometimes. It just depends on what we are doing that day. If you work out you might try mixing your second shake in water and having it before your work out. It will help you with muscle recovery and energy for the work out.
As for your calorie count, you need to try and keep your calories in your range. I don't count calories either and if I get too out of control I see it on the scale. Tracking is a good way to keep it in check.
I hope this has helped. Feel free to drop in and ask more questions and we'll see if we can't help you with answers. Good luck on your challenge.

Howdy Everybody!

I have been using the shakes for 24 days now.
My first week, I lost 5 lbs.
My second week, I gained 1 lb.
And my third week, I didn't lose or gain.
Total loss of 4 lbs only.
I am down 2 inches in the waist, 1 inch in the hips and 1/2 inch in the bust.

I LOVE the shakes. Absolutely LOVE them. I have a shake every morning for breakfast. Fitting the second shake in to my daily schedule has been a problem. I successfully drink a second shake only 4 of the 7 days. I am getting slightly frustrated because I don't see the weight coming down, but my desire for food has definitely decreased, as well as, my portion sizes. Question... are y'all still trying to get 1100-1300 calories a day? I have not been keeping track of the calories because I thought my weight would be falling off.

I have been using Skim Milk in all of my shakes, and I am wondering if that is why I am bloated and gassy. I think I need to try Water instead. I am allergic to a lot of things, and I wonder if milk is one of them (I didn't drink a lot of milk before starting Body by Vi).

Any suggestions would be helpful!!!

Have a Fantastic Friday and continue to work towards your goal!!! Tricia

Hello everyone! I'm new to this group, but just finished my second week on the Body by Vi challenge. I'm only doing one shake a day. I was really disappointed my first weigh in. I had done the shake every day, ate good foods, and exercised even burning 300 calories over my goal, but I only lost .6 pounds my first week. Normally the first week on a new plan you lose the most, but I didn't. I was very upset. However, I stuck to my plan, made sure I was in calorie range every day this week (last week I was below 3 days, in range the rest) and in range for fat, protein, and carbs. I exercised 5 days, burning 300 calories over my goal. This week I weighed in and I'm down 4.4 more pounds. Guess the lack of weight loss my first week finally caught up. I'm very happy to be down 5 pounds and excited to see the results for the rest of the challenge!

I find that for myself, exercise slows down my weight loss when I begin a diet (or new eating plan!) So I deliberately avoid doing too much of it until I've had some good weight loss. That also encourages me to continue with the eating plan!

That way my initial loss of pounds isn't sabotaged by building lean muscle from exercise! LOL. I add exercise in as my weight loss slows down, and the catalyst of starting some exercise usually gets things moving downward again...hope that makes sense. Anyway, it's just how I notice that my own body works...

So, the amount of exercise could definitely be slowing down your weight loss, but as Jacque said, it should even out in the end.

Another thing to be sure to do is get 'enough' calories. If you cut your calorie intake down too far, your body can go into 'starvation mode' causing your metabolism to slow down. Then your body can be very stingy about burning calories!

Good luck! emoticon

Thank you. I stretch every day, comes with being a taekwondo student, but it's been part of my lifestyle for years. I will make sure to get water to a consistent 70oz at least. I do tend to keep my cals under but not on purpose. I just get full so fast! They aren't as low as before I started the shakes. In fact today I got just over 1100. Spark says I should have 1300 something to 1600 something. I worry it will cause weight gain but will try to get to the 1300 at least without the added fat.

Kristal, you might need to reevaluate your calorie intake. If you aren't getting enough calories in to counter your exercise it can keep you from losing as well. Also, muscle weighs more than fat, so sometimes when we start to increase our muscle mass the pounds can even go up a little, but they will even out in the long run and the pounds will start to go back down.
You could probably still add a little more water to your day. The theory on water is take your weight and divide it in half and then that many of oz of water a day is what you should have. Try adding some stretching to your routine, that will start to elongate your muscles instead of having them compact. This may help with the inches.
Hope some of this information may help you. Hang in there and keep up the good work.

Charisa- you're progress is amazing!

I am still at 140. Besides when I bloated at the start of this challenge, I have been 140 for about 2 months, oh and no inches lost either. Any pointers? I'm doing taekwondo 3x/week and home exercises at least 2x/week right now because I am in my finals but usually 3-5x/week. Drinking at minimum 64oz water/day. Sometimes more. Days I do taekwondo I usually get about 98oz.

I'm happy to say the bloating went down taking 3 lbs of water I believe with it. Water intake is back up! Now hoping to see this plateau broke very soon.

Thank you. I have a shake right this minute but drinking it slower. I made myself drink water before I got the shake and I'll pay attention to what I'm drinking from now on.

Kristal, I don't really know about the water decrease. I still drink plenty. It is about the only liquid , other than tea that I drink. The bloating could be from the increase of fiber into your diet. Some people do have issues with that. Make sure you continue to get the water in, even if you don't feel like you want it. The urge will come back. Another thing that can create gassiness or bloating is when the body is trying to clean itself out. It sounds like your body is just trying to get used to the shakes and the nutrition in them. I hope this helps and that you are feeling better and better every day.

I have drank one shake for 3 days. I love the taste and noticing I am sitting less, getting more accomplished :)

3 concerns though maybe yall understand:

1) until now, I drank at least 64 oz of water a day without even having to think about it, more if I had a workout....that came to a halt when I started the shakes. Today, I drank one shake, about 16 oz of water, about 12 oz Sprite (for stomach), 1 coffee (that I didn't really crave, just trying to focus on a paper), and 8oz milk. I don't normally drink milk or sprite but did today for heart burn I got after a banana. Weird.

2) I feel VERY bloated after drinking a shake which is why I haven't gone for 2 yet. Nearly nauseous. It did not last as long today as the past two days.

3) I look like I've gained in my stomach area, about to weigh to make sure. But I told my husband "I look pregnant" he says "no you don't, well it's cause you're pushing it out" (as if I was messing around) I said "ummm, NO, I'm not"

Sound familiar, any thoughts? I am keeping at it. I have no idea why the suddenly change in drinking water (about to drink more before going to bed) but bloating and stomach? Well I know they tend to go together but I don't feel bloated right now but definitely look like it.

I took my measurements again tonight because I accidentally lost the first ones I took. I hoped to compare them but no such luck.

Kristal, I hope you are able to see quick results. I know that everyone I've talked to has. I know that I had quick results to start and I was bad about being consistant. I think if you stay consistant you will have the type of results you are looking for. Let us know what we can do to help you on your path.

JACQUEBO,

Thank you, I went ahead and ordered the same day I posted here. I received it today so will start in the morning. I'm still a little skeptical but VERY hopeful! My system needs some sort of push!
