February was an iffy month for me. I did set some goals for March. Should be an interesting month. One of my goals is to go out of my comfort zone at least 4 times this month. I already have 1 thing planned so that will help but not sure about the rest of it. Though I think I will try a new exercise video that will be part of that.

Good Morning Team. I must be doing better energy wise, as normally after all that yesterday, I'd still be too sore to do much of anything today. But after some initial stiffness when I first got up, I'm doing ok. I'm washing curtains and drapes this morning, so I'm climbing up and down off the step ladder doing that. And Bob's out in his workshop, so he's bouncing back better than expected. So we are doing better.

This ol' girl is pooped!! We've been on the go since 8: 30 this morning and I ended up with 5.25 hours of walking. Had 16834 in steps on my pedometer. I am tired. Bob ended up walking much more today than he normally does because one store was out of the riding electic shopping carts so he had to walk all over the store. By the time we got out of there, he was almost in tears. I had him sit in front on a bench while I checked the groceries out but he's going to have a rough night tonight with his legs. He ended up walking almost a hour totally today. He says he can go out to the workshop and work for hours and hurt less than one day of shopping does him. And it's true. But it has to be done. He insists on going with me to the stores instead of letting me go alone and getting it done and back home. With him with me it takes 3 times longer and I walk a WHOLE LOT MORE, cause he wants to hit every isle. But it's done now for the next 2 weeks. We'll be heading to the fitness center Monday and getting back into our routine.

TODAY'S GOING TO BE A BUSY SHOPPING DAY FOR ME BUT I GET IN A WHOLE LOT OF WALKING ( ABOUT 3 HOURS WORTH). Hope everyone has a great day.
