Can't afford a gym right now, but I have a lot of workout dvd's so I'm doing those, adding some of the P90X videos in a little at a time and just got Zumba Fitness 2 for the Wii and have been hammering away at that over the Thanksgiving week.
I like to move it move it.....

There is no "ready" just the decision to fight each and every day.
I am doing zumba twice a week and strength training five times a week. I have a huge collection of workout dvd´s which I am using on days when I don´t want to sweat in a gym.
I am just walking at the moment 30 mins everyday.But goal is to take it further in time.
Taking it one day at a time.
I need a low impact machine so I bought a gazelle it is great on the knees. I have one and use it atleast 5 days a week.
All in good time...and with the help of my friends.
Lately I've been using Jillian and P90X dvds. I also like my treadmill. I'll do 20-30 min at a 5% incline. Usually try to get in 2 20-30 min workouts a day. In the summer, I get out running. In 2009 I had myself up to 4 miles, and was planning on running my first 5K....maybe that will be one of my goals for this year...to run my first 5K competitive race. :)

I'm currently doing Zumba for Wii 3-5 days a week & strength training 3-5 days a week. Once the weather gets nicer, I'd love to take up running!
