Way to go on your 1/2 marathons. Good luck with your training. I didn't run any races in 2012, but want to be sure to run at least one in 2013. I am looking at 5Ks only. The one I have run in the past and really enjoy is the day before my dance recital. I am not sure I can run a race one day and then dance the next. I think I will need more recovery time. So I will have to look for other options. Does anyone know how to tell if the race is serious or just fun? I ran one 5K and since there was walkers and runners I was having fun and was relazed. I ran another and I was last most of the way and felt I didn't belong. I was followed by (not sure what to call it) the car that is at the end of the race. It was not a good experience.

alright team. Well here I am after just signing up for the Lincoln Half Marathon once again. Which means training starts Jan.1. I should be more active on the sit e and with the team now .Would love to hear about all the upcoming runs and road races that in the plan for 2013

I agree! I decided to recommit to myself and my health and make new changes in 2013 that will enable me to do so. GO! St. Louis 1/2 Marathon, here I come!
I am going out on a run in just a moment and will track my activity when I get back. Be well team!
