Hello team!!! I have been sporadic on the site and team for the past few months. Sorry all. I just need to get motivated. As we approach the year end, this is a great time to start thinking of those goals for the new year. Hope everyone is well and on track.

I did it! I know I am a turtle, but I finished in less than 3 hours with a 13:18 mile average. I am so happy! I will sign up tor the same one next year!

I just wanted to say hello and that I am on the way to my first Half Marathon! St. Louis Rock 'n'Roll! I have everything I need and am glad to read about others' experiences. Can't wait to come back and let you know how it went. My goal is to finish and not end up in the sag wagon! Have a great day!
