It's stormy outside so a friend and I plan to make Valentine's Day cards inside using Washi Tape and Dies.
This project should keep us up and moving and not sitting for hours.
:) Interested in hearing what you're doing.

Finishing up some Valentines Day card for friends and family then I hope to get them all in the mail to go out across the country today. I made some "chocolate hearts" to put on each one, I think they turned out perfect. I first die cut hearts in various sizes, then put them into an embossing folder and embossed them with fancy floral pattern, the heart now look like real pieces of chocolate. I am fairly proud of myself for thinking of this. Chocolate without the calories! and it doesn't smear on your hands!
still workin with SewEasy - the only kind of sewing I do

Not really working on anything today, just coloring with the niece today in her Cars (Pixar) coloring book, I had to draw each car a toothbrush too. (She went to the dentist for the 1st time last week.)

I put together a smash book last night for my granddaughter's birthday party that was held today. I'm hoping her mom fills its with photos from her princess party. Have a good wish everyone!

I love it when hubby drives. I get to crochet little projects. I started a scarf yesterday and finished it today.
I also made a pom pom this morning. I remembered how, I just didn't remember the "how many counts". It came out large and fluffy. I might not even trim it!

Worked some more on the DIsney scrapbook, haven't pulled it out in a while. :)
Mostly sorting and organizing craft supplies today. Later - where to put them! I'll also be looking for an idea for a graduation decoration that will pack easily in my suitcase yet stand out for the party.
I welcome your ideas! &

Can't believe how much stuff we managed to squeeze into this little apartment!! Still packing and got my yarn and stuff packed up but left a couple of projects out. Hope to find time to do some crocheting tonight - probably the cowl I'm working on with the Tunisian stitches.

Just got a new camera and I want to get back into scrapbooking. I have lots of ideas but I'm an old school scraper. I don't have all the new stuff, I mainly do everything by hand & not with cut outs. Is there hope for me in the scrap book world.

A crochet cowl that I finally got the right size and realized why it was not long enough to loop around like it should...I used the wrong size hook so I got to rip it all out and start again yesterday and work on today with the right size hook. The good news is that it looks like it will be long enough now. :)
Have a Blessed day! Cassandra/canyasmom

I started another small children's cap [crocheted] for a local ministry, and I bought the stabilizing interfacing for the purse organizers that I make.
