well when starting its called "Entry" and you eat 2 low carb meals (protein/veggies) and a Reward meal within one hour that can be anything you want with 1/3 protein, 1/3 veggies and carbs. Last time I ended up being alot less hungry on it. The Reward Meal is tricky because you think you'll just want junk but you don't. You eat restricted veggies (no broccoli on Entry) You can only have 4T of heavy cream in 1 coffee a day. So today I am wanting more COFFEE!!!!!!!!

I did this one years ago and I really liked it. But then carb creep got the best of me. Since May I had been doing Atkins- lost 19 pounds but stalled for almost 8 weeks now. :o( Some my fault- some un-explainable. So today I tweaked it up to the CAD.
