Bwahahaha! Yes, I did! I marinated them in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and some kind of seasoning I made up on the spot and then just did them in a grill pan. I think there's one left. :) It was only a package of four but it looked huge when I was stalling on dealing with them!

What a day! Total chaos at work - took all day to run payroll, and then I ran over to a client's office and discovered that he needed me to do a payroll there but first we had to set up a whole new company. I really doesn't feel like I did anything 'normal' or productive all day, but in reality I did. Got home late and now the boys are fed and I had some leftover crockpot beef. Really tired and going to bed early... Tomorrow should be less full and less chaotic. I hope.

I'm loving the colder weather! Bring it on! But hold the winter!

I'm so excited right now, I've lost 9 lbs since last Tuesday. I know it's my first week and it's probably mostly water weight but I can't help feeling excited about it. I really don't want it to slow down!

good stuff faith.
my dh is home now. yay. i liked having some me time for a few days. it makes me love him all the more when he comes home. we work together as well as live together, so, we see each other all the time really. for me, i need that space now and again. but not too long. 6 days was plenty.
have some heavy farm stuff to do to get ready for winter. i kind of am procrastinating. and i know i'm going to regret it. i may be out there doing it in the pouring rain if i don't watch out. it's frustrating being a procrastinator. i really have to fix that about me.
well, back to work. have a great day everybody.

Wohoo! i am on a downward trend. Does 2 days count as a trend? Better than most weeks. I have dropped about 4 pounds since last Friday. I am upping my fat intake as best I can and trying to stay in a reasonable amount of calories. I have been staying close to 10 net carbs per day maybe up to 15 sometimes. I am trying to move more as well. I decided to finally measure myself. I think the last time I measured was the end of July. I lost 3 inches in my hips, 2 in my waist, 2 in my upper arms and 2 in my thighs. No wonder everyone was saying that it looked like I was losing more weight. Even though the scale wasn't moving my body is changing!

Yippee!
Oh I am drinking lots more water too! And drinking bulletproof coffee!

Back from vacation, and it's lovely here to. It was cool enough to keep the windows open last night and still wonderful this AM.

Got to get back into the day-to-day, but I'm looking forward to a wonderful day ahead.
