Yeah, about the same here. I do keep them on hand for emergency munchies, like when I'm hungry and HAVE to go grocery shopping. At least they keep me from eating even worse crap, but that's kinda what they are - crap. They don't taste as good as the originals they're imitating, and the sugar alcohols hit your system a lot like fructose does.
Used in very limited doses they're OK. Eating them daily though is counterproductive if you're trying to break yourself of the habit of eating junk food just for fun.
Challenge 1: Add activity at home to my must-do list.
Challenge 2: Bedtime is now going to be 11:30.
Challenge 3: Leave work on time. It'll all be there in the morning. Whatevs.
