I'd LIKE to be below 50 g per day. That's my aim, in any case. Lately, I've been nearer 100, alas. I just have to get more strict with myself, because I've stalled and even regained a couple pounds, and I know where that's coming from. Discipline!
When I began on LC, I was able to manage the lower amount easily. Now, it creeps up. Part of that, I believe, is that I've just been at it long enough that my metabolism is fighting me a bit, and I end up slipping off onto carby stuff I know better than to be eating.
Everybody's "right spot" is different. You just have to find yours by trial and error. And to recognize the "errors" when you hit them! like me lol

I don't really count, just cut out grains, legumes and sugar and limit myself to one serving of fruit. Occasionally I'll have some very dark (85%-90%) chocolate. Very rarely a little ice cream. Overall carb levels are about at 50-80 grams/day, probably should be lower but it's hard for me in the summer because of all the free fruit we get. Birgit

I count net carbs and right now I am doing really low about under 10 per day/

I count net carbs -- that is, total carbs MINUS fiber carbs.
At present, I am doing about 2-6 carbs a day, usually under 5. Again, that's NET carbs.
95% - by volume, give or take a little -- is protein-based (eggs, poultry, meat of some sort, fish, and the like), and I eat shirataki noodles which are almost all fiber, very few calories if it matters. Plus fat - butter, heavy cream, regular mayo.
