I'd LIKE to be below 50 g per day. That's my aim, in any case. Lately, I've been nearer 100, alas. I just have to get more strict with myself, because I've stalled and even regained a couple pounds, and I know where that's coming from. Discipline!
When I began on LC, I was able to manage the lower amount easily. Now, it creeps up. Part of that, I believe, is that I've just been at it long enough that my metabolism is fighting me a bit, and I end up slipping off onto carby stuff I know better than to be eating.
Everybody's "right spot" is different. You just have to find yours by trial and error. And to recognize the "errors" when you hit them! like me lol
