Since it is as simple as total carbs - fiber, you have to wonder why SP can't just make a simple change to this, so the many low carb people on their site have it as an option. It would be a very simple program. The one they made is much more complicated, and doesn't address what the low carbers want.

Hi and welcome! Yes, that's the best way to change the tracker for low carb. Just add the fiber to the things you track.
It may be tempting to check the "Carbs for low carb diet" selection, but it is wildly inaccurate.

I believe towards the bottom of your nutrition tracker page, there is a link that says Change Nutrition Goals - from there you can pick what nutrients, calories and such you want to track or change. (I should know - I keep changing them all the time trying to find the magic formula for me to have some significant weight loss.)

Welcome!! We are a great team and you can always feel free to ask any question. You can't change the tracker, but you can add to it. What I did was I added my fiber to my daily totals. If you look at the bottom of the food tracking page you can see track other nutrients. Click on fiber. At any time then during the day, you just take carbs and minus your fiber. Hope this helps!
