Any added energy would be welcome, long days at work are tougher than they use to be.
My main goal is to lose weight and shake up the plateau that I've been sitting/slipping/sliding on for much to long.
I wonder if our body simply decide it likes a weight and refuses to move from that particular #...Perhaps this is the first of many shake ups for it to finally let me work toward my healthy goal weight.
