I don't do grains for the most part, either. I rarely will eat some steel-cut oatmeal. Maybe once a month or less. I sometimes make meatloaf with quick oats, but not very often with that, either. The Atkins (or any other bars) stop my weight loss instantly. And they don't taste that good to me, either.
I cringe every time I hear or see that "healthy grains" nonsense. Don't fall for it!
