I have nothing, no reason, no animal or anything to cause me to wake up, yet I wake up about 6:30 every morning.. I just wish I could sleep until around 8 at least. Doesn't matter what time I go to bed, I will wake up at the same time.... Guess old habits die hard!

Leslie -- I have a fuzzy alarm clock as well. My cat Spirit starts walking around the pillows about 6, then if I don't get moving quickly enough she will curl up on my chest and touch my nose with hers or pat me on the face with her paw. It is great during the work week, but a pain on the weekends when I want to sleep in.
Been puttering with test results this morning. Had a bit of fun figuring out the data file -- the layout didn't match the specification sheet that came with it.
I slept in pretty late knowing that I have a lot of driving to do - both the car kind and the "drive those kids to get their bags packed for camp" kind. They've never been so "meh" about going to church camp before. They'll probably be fine once they get there, but pushing them out the door is a real chore this year.
Well, the last of the things they needed to launder should be ready to pop out of the dryer, so I should get going and get on the road. (The younger one just got back from Scout camp 24 hours ago, so we're rushing to get it all cleaned and de-mudded!) Two hour drive and a bit of shopping needed before we leave town, so probably won't be back here until 7 or 8pm.
Have a lovely Sunday, all!
The great enemy of truth is very often not the lie--deliberate, contrived and dishonest--but the myth--persistent, persuasive and unrealistic. Too often we hold fast to the cliches of our forebears. We subject all facts to a prefabricated set of interpretations. We enjoy the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.
I am not happy with my weight loss and am now considering a fat fast to try to break through my insulin resistance. Also, have not been consistent with my exercise. Some of the recipes in the Dana Carpendar Fat Fast book I downloaded recently look very tasty - even if you are not on a fat fast.
