Don't you just hate it when things conspire this way? ugh
Just keep on keeping on. It's not like you went out and had a binge. You quit when you realized it. And how awesome is that?! you recognized an unfamiliar taste well enough to investigate and stop before you'd eaten more than that taste! Good job!

You've received great comments. I drink LOTS more water when something slips into my food plan. I actually flood my body (not to hurt my body) but to push the food thru a watery substance & get out of my body. It may set me back a few hours, but I recover in short amount of time. I care! Be gentle and have fun! Connie

Thanks Birgit. I realized it was at the bottom of the salad. So I'm hoping I didn't eat too much of it. It just pisses me off b/c I haven't had any carbs since May 21st. I mean I know you're right, in the grand scheme of things this isn't that big of a deal. I guess I've just had a not so great day. My car broke down earlier today and that's just one thing. Lol. Then when this happened I had just had it. Lol.

No big deal, relax, emoticon , if you stopped right away you could not have done much damage. We all make mistakes like that all the time. In the worst case it will set you back a day or two and what does that matter in the long run (since you'll be eating this way for the rest of your life, right?) emoticon

Hi team. So tonight my mom brought me home a chicken taco salad from Taco Bell. Now I know from the past that they put refried beans in the bottom so I asked her to make sure they didn't put any. So I'm eating my salad and I thought I tasted something different but I didn't see any beans. Well guess what it was? Rice! I had no idea they put rice in them. I don't remember that from before but it's been well over a year since I've had a taco salad from there. I don't know how much of it I ate but as soon I saw it I stopped eating it. What is this going to do to my efforts? I'm so angry right now b/c I haven't had any carbs aside from what's in veggies since May 21st. Not ONE. Ugggggghhhhh!!!!!

Any input or advice?? Thank you in advance.

By the way, as of this morning I am exactly 20 lbs down! That's why I'm so mad about this. I guess I'm gonna see a gain tomorrow? Ugh.
