Not sleeping well last night must have been contagious. I didn't sleep very well either, must have woke up about 10 different times.. Finally went to sound sleep about 4AM for about 3 hours. However, I think the reason I didn't sleep well was because I fell asleep in my recliner watching the news about 5Pm for almost an hour, so think it was my fault.
I made it a point not to snooze during the day today... and hope I sleep tonight.

Hot and humid here today in Ocean City, MD too!! I woke up about 7am and just got on a roll cleaning, vacuuming, washing clothes, rearranging things, etc. I didn't stop until about 9am. Took my daily vitamins and sat down at the computer. Daughter calls as I did that and wanted me to go with her and the kids to Walmart. I try to stay away from the place, because inevitability I end up buying things I didn't plan on. lol Then she wanted to get lunch, a movie, and go back to her place. I was bad. I had a bit of the kid's mac & cheese, and 6 fried shrimps, with a few sour dough specials pretzels on the side. I was down again yesterday and ever since I've been eating things I shouldn't. I really think, for some reason, I'm unconsciously trying to sabotage myself!! Seriously! I have NOT been back on my diet FT since I've been back from my trip to CA! That's not good! Have not been working out regularly like I was either! It's amazing that my weight has not gone sky high! For some reason, I think taking a magnesium supplement is helping to keep my weight down. Ever since I started taking those, it really seems to help with the weight loss. I read on here that we should be taking it. So I go some. July 1st. I am supposed to start back with my trainer. So, I am hoping that I can get my low carb back on track by then as well.

I did not sleep last night which was not good at for I have already been wore out the past two days. Yesterday all I wanted to do was eat, I did not want any one thing I just wanted to eat period. Seems like today is off to a better start food wise but i am tired already. I am going to take something tonight to help me sleep and I hope it works.
I wish we had a splash park here. All we have is a pool and its always so packed that its no fun. My twins would love a splash park. we are from a very small town with nothing much of anything to do.
I was so tired last night that when I went to bed I died out and slept like someone had knocked me unconscious! I think the boys slept like that too - apparently shots and getting squeezed and poked at the vet clinic is exhausting. We walked this morning and while I'm cranking out payroll, they are sleeping again.
No plans for after work so I'm going straight home and putting on my jammies! Chicken fajitas for dinner after I workout, and then maybe some client work if my brain says 'ok'!

Not getting much done again today. I think as the pressure lets up and I get more off my to-do list, instead of just working at a normal pace and continuing until I'm on top of everything I tend to back too far off, and then, before you know it, I'm behind again. Gonna set myself some tougher tasks today and get them off my desk for good so I'm prepared when the next crazy deluge arrives!

Yesterday was a strange day. They had asked me to work at the library from 10 - 2, which was fine. Then, just as I was leaving, I asked to work from 5:30 to 9:00. Which was fine, just not what I had planned. It really messed up my day, though, for getting anything else done.
Today looks to be more like a normal day. Library from about 9:30 to noon, then again from 5 - 7:30. The morning part is my usual Tuesday program, though the evening shift is different. At least it gives me most of the afternoon and most of the evening.
Another hot and humid day here today, with the possibility of thunderstorms, some of which may be severe. (That's a quote from the weather recently and through most of the week.) So far the bad stuff has stayed north of here, which is just fine with me! It's supposed to cool off over the weekend, and be dry and sunny. We'll see.
