Not a bad day today. No major stress from my 17 year old so far but its still early lol 8:39 pm...I am going to bed early tonight and hope i can sleep. I need to run to walmart in the morning for a few vegys and get home before ti gets to hot. in the 90's here already.
I got the grill going the other day and grilled a whole bunch of Angus burger patties. Sure am enjoying them now.. and they're all cooked and ready to go.. I figure when I fire up the grill, I'm going to make it worth while.
Had to walk on the TM this morning as it decided to rain this morning, more than what I wanted to walk in - not to mention the gusting wind.

I'm having a quiet Wednesday. There's only one other woman at work today, and she wants me to go get both boys and bring them in! Whiskey and Chaser will think it's a total party, but I doubt I can work with them here. She wants to meet them and I live close enough to take them home again in a couple of hours!
Suzanne, I always try to throw pork chops, chuck roast, fish, or chicken into my week's menus just so I get some variety but I always come back to ground beef! Last night I did a fast George Foreman version of a New York steak and it was really good. But still there's nothing like a good ground beef patty with sea salt!

LOL! Suzanne, it made me crazy how, for the first 18 months they change their routine every 3 weeks! It took me a week to catch on and catch up, had 2 weeks of feeling "in the groove", and then something changed again. And mine were only a year apart, so sometimes the changes with one didn't line up with the other one. Just felt like chaos for the first two and a half years!
Well, Miss Lady, looks like Pittsburgh got your weather today! My favorite weather month is September, and today the sky was crisp and clear and blue like a perfect September day!
Well, gotta run. Two hour training session coming up in a few minutes. Bleh.

Ugh! Another gloomy day! It was supposed to be nice and sunny! Wonder what happened?! lol I still plan on getting my butt to the gym and starting to get back on my workout schedule today. Also, starting LC (completely) again today, before my weight starts going back up! I can only push it so far...lol So, I've decided to do the induction for a week again to get back on track. Decided to add an additional 10 lbs to my goal weight. Since I'm in it for the long haul, I might as well go for my dream weight! lol
On the way back from the gym, I will stop by Walmart for a few things. Then, at home, I will work on those sliding closet door for my bedroom. When I get them and the track all done, I'll see if I need another pair of hands to hang them.
At some point I need to go to the store today. I am down to three diapers. James is in a new habit of waking up too early and then wanting a nap earlier. Everytime I get into a routine, he changes it! Babies... I bought a ton of ground beef as it was on special. But, chicken is on sale this week. Every so often I want chicken. Then I eat it and remember why I always eat beef. But, I seem doomed to repeat this error every few months.
