Today I started with jicamia hash and two over easy eggs in butter with two fat coffee's lunch will be lobster on romaine lettuce Chocolate covered bacon for tonight (self made) Might put this over coconut icecream.
this morning I had 4 slice of fresh bacon from the butcher,two eggs and 1oz of cream cheese. I only add enough oils to cook my food because I seem to lose better when I get my fats from foods I eat and not from adding butter and oils.
some kind of meat off the grill and lettuce with small amount of vegys and ranch dressing

TODAY's food is fat bomb (1 tea coconut oil, olive oil, lemon juice small amount of stevia. pickled pig feet sour cream on bed of lettuce lobster on romaine lettuce with butter. drinking carbonated water with vanilla cream stevia and orange essential oil.

Well, I eat burgers three times a day. But, I have more variety for my family. Usually an omlette with chreese in the morning. Cold chicken and mayo is popular at lunch. Linda sues pizza or white castle hamburger pie. Berries in the blender with heavy cream, frozen. Oppsie rolls as a sandwich, grilled cheese or a burger.
You can check out my tracker as well, but it's pretty boring. I eat a lot of the same things week in and week out. Very unimaginative. (Have I mentioned how much I hate to cook?)
~ Declutter my current batch of paper and clerical To-Do's by ~ Getting all my daily personal clerical upkeep tasks done in the first hour of the day and ~ Scheduling my workday workouts like I would schedule a meeting and ~ Scheduling a defined half hour for lunch, when I work/play only on personal business
Just curious to hear what a typical day's menu for you would look like. I'm a pretty decent cook and I like cooking but I get so tired of having to think up good meals. Breakfast is hard too. I am alone a lot (no kids at home and Hub gone all the time) so I'll make a quiche and freeze it and pull a piece out for a couple days. I'll also do deviled eggs in different way/flavors but I get tired of those as well. Lunch is leftovers a lot of the time which a couple times a week isn't bad but. . .
1. Stop wasting money- Save money
2. Exercise- do something every day
3. Get organized- mise en place
4. Write a letter by hand at least once a week.
Every day this side of the sod is a good day- not sure who said it
