You are kicking butt. Small goals work best, so you can hit them 10 days early, like this one.

Now you just need to be consistent. Weight loss will slow some, especially if you up carbs, or find a food that stalls you. However, if you watch out for those foods, and stay on the diet, the weight loss doesn't really drop off as much as you would think.

Congrats! emoticon

As you can see by my notation at the end of my signature Suzanne is right. You can learn to work with your body but it still seems like it's up to it to cooperate!

I said before the big difference for me was not being hungry all the time. That alone is worth going low carb!

Great Job!

I am starting my ticker again since starting low carb....in the home strech!

Thank you so much!

SUZANNEYEA-I understand that. That's why I said it's not gonna always be like this. If I don't meet that goal I will be okay. I'm just gonna keep doing what I'm doing.

Great job! However, try not to set goals of losing a certain number of pounds. Just keep eating the right foods, you cannot control the scale.

Hi everyone. As some of you know I had a goal to lose 10lbs by my bday on June 14th. I started this on May 21st. Well as of today's weigh in.....drum roll please..........I HAVE LOST IT!!!

emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I am SO excited!! Like I've told some and wrote in my blog, I am not starving at all. If you're my friend you see my food blogs and what I eat. I snack a lot but it's on things like celery w/ cream cheese or spinach dip, a cheese stick, hard boiled eggs, maybe a lil of some leftover meat I've cooked like baked chicken. And then my meals are just basically chicken, turkey, beef, fish, eggs and veggies. I drink a TON of water. I eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full.

I also have been on an exercise streak since May 21st of AT LEAST 10 min a day which is more for toning as I lose. So I am making a new goal now to lose 8-10lbs by the 14th. At this rate I believe it's going to happen. As I also said in my blog, I know the numbers are big now b/c *I* am bigger and I know this rate of loss will not always be. But I will take it while I can get it. Woot!

As always, you all have helped me in just the short time I've been on this journey so thank you very much!

Low carb works for anyone wondering!!!

Oh and my ticker will not reflect the loss until my next official weigh in which is this coming Friday. I have already done my official weigh in for this past Friday. I can't wait to see how much more I will have dropped by then! :)
