Maybe lots of you know all of this info already...but there were some surprises on this list of Hidden Carbs for me. Just thought I would share. I am planning to really cut back to basics and try to make further progress with my weight loss. Also some good stuff on this site about stalls.
So it shows that spices and garlic etc have a bit of carbs... how to season without them?

Stayed up too late last night watching TV and just relaxing and today I am paying for it! I have to churn out payroll and some other busy work, and then after work I'm off to a client's workplace to catch him up. I really think I need to put more of my attention on getting enough sleep. I got the dogs out to our favorite trails this morning and did a fast power walk, but I am still sorta dragging.

Welcome back lhaas! And Maw look st it this way at least you don't have to do all that work your self! Suz! Yep you need to release the control I know how that is! If not your miserable and the family is too! Start with little stuff like if the dishes font get done the night before bed oh well have fun reading to your little ones! Life is too short and lots if stuff we stress over really doesn't matter! I'm saying this to you cuz I have been there and sometimes I go back there! I took 2 finals lady night then I realized that I missed a chapter test if she doesn't let me make this up I will fail this class ugh! Oh well I'm going for a walk!
It's a beautiful morning, but possible thunderstorms this evening. I need to go to Lowe's or Menard's or someplace like that and get some compost, manure, etc. for my garden. Someone is coming over Friday afternoon to help me put them on the garden and then plant my plants. I feel like an old lady that I have to have someone help me haul around bags of garden stuff!
I'm back to sparkpeople!! Its been a long time but I'm back. In the time I was gone, I got married and was able to sustain my weight to stay in my size 8 dress!!! I am just starting to gain and I feel it all over my body. Glad I'm not up a size and that I'm able to recognize bad eating. I'm actually craving salads, lots and lots of salads!!
I am really going to try to be more cheerful and easy going with my family. I want everything perfect and my way and that often makes me not a lot of fun to be around. Ugh, I am way too controlling. Hopefully I will get a walk in today, looks like rain.
