Have only tried one recipe so far - but it is Atkins Induction Friendly. I enjoyed it because I was getting sick of meat for breakfast. Makes me queasy.
I'm sure most people have this one already.
1 TBsp Softened Butter
2 TBsp Flax Meal
1 Large Egg
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Microwave-safe cup, soften butter, add fax meal, egg and baking powder to butter. Mix until smooth. Microwave two minutes.
Variation: Add 1/2 tsp cinnamon to batter.
Of course, nothing is better than real bread, but what the hey!
