My friend is a very slow loser too, but she never gives up. Sometimes she does not lose for months at a time. So, hang in there.

Good video, too. Have to watch the rest at home. Dr. Westmann is one of the low-carb heroes.

~ Scheduling my workday workouts like I would schedule a meeting and
~ Scheduling a defined half hour for lunch, when I work/play only on personal business

Well, after 5 days on Induction Phase of Atkins, my scales finally moves down 2 pounds!

I was very excited. I am going to be a slow loser, but that's okay. Any loss is appreciated.

I want to thank everyone on this team for their encouragement, tips and insights.

Also, yesterday I watched a very informative video on Youtube with the Doctor author of the New Atkins Book.
