It's been a good day, I did go to Costco this afternoon, gosh - it was like a zoo.... I try not to go on weekends, but might have to add Friday's to that as well. But, I got what I needed and came home. In a few minutes, I'm going to go out and sit on my deck and read for awhile.

TODAY IS THE TOMORROW YOU WORRIED ABOUT YESTERDAY. GET ON WITH IT!!

Getting a BIT more done at work today. Why is it that some days you can just focus like a laser beam and some days you're a cloud hanging over the misty moors?
Got my son's Housing application in for this fall. He's applying kind of late, so he's actually on a waiting list to get in somewhere. Next we have to realign his FAFSA application to the new school, and then get both him and me signed up for an Orientation session.
Busy few days upcoming. Today is Orthodox Good Friday, so we'll head over for 6:00 vespers. I'd LIKE to just head back home afterwards, but they usually schedule an activity for the kids, so we'll likely be there until at least 9:00. Pascha (Easter Sunday) likewise starts at 6, but this time it's 6:00am. There will be much singing this weekend!
Have a great day all!
“The great enemy of truth is very often not the lie--deliberate, contrived and dishonest--but the myth--persistent, persuasive and unrealistic. Too often we hold fast to the cliches of our forebears. We subject all facts to a prefabricated set of interpretations. We enjoy the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.
I'm off to a good start this morning - the weather is gorgeous (but still chilly), the boss is gone, most everyone is out working in the field (agriculture - every busy this time of year for half of the employees!), and there are only four of us here today. :) Working on loose ends and hoping to leave a tad early!
I have an appointment with my chiropractor tonight and then I'm going to fit in a dog walk with the boys if I get home in time. I really want to put my feet up and relax, but I haven't heard from my favorite client in a couple of weeks so the paperwork is probably piling up and I'm going to get a melt-down phone call from him any minute now... Maybe I'd better call him first! LOL

Sounds good around here this morning Debbie- glad your table was a success Debb-you are being productive Kris- i am very jealous you have a college student moving home for the summer. I miss my kids. No more moving home (I hope, laughing)
Off work today, my mom and I are making a trip to our chiropractor this morning, about 45 minutes away. This afternoon DH and I are helping our daughter move back home from college for the summer. It will be nice to have her home again.

Met with Landlord about the paperwork she will fill in for our reference, with moving to the new place. Good so far.
Accountant has not received her email with the paperwork she needs to do, so I will contact the letting agent again in a few minutes (her line has been busy).
Also dropped off our bank statement to show what we are paying now; hopefully this will prove we can afford it (which I know we can)!
Haven't been hungry so had decaff coffee with cream and coconut oil for brekkers, cooking a steak at the moment. Probably chicken or fish with shirataki noodles for dinner, adding some mayo and cream cheese.
Happy Friday, All! (It's a 3-day, holiday weekend over here, but we still work, as it's our own business. But that's fine, cuz we enjoy it.)
I was all excited to watch the season finale of big brother this morning and someone posted the winner on Facebook. I hate when people do that. It was on at eleven pm, stands to reason that some people recorded it. Am off to playgroup this morning. Andrew made the A team in baseball, so we start practices on Sunday. Plus, soccer starts this weekend too. I am very busy for someone who gets so little done each day.
