Debb it's so nice to hear your optimism! It sounds like everything is finally coming together better for you?
Joan, just do what you can while you mend. Knee replacement sounds awful, but the long-term payoff should be good, right?
Not much on my to-do list today, but tomorrow will be a busy one, so I'm pacing myself. Have a great day all!
~ Declutter my current batch of paper and clerical To-Do's by ~ Getting all my daily personal clerical upkeep tasks done in the first hour of the day and ~ Scheduling my workday workouts like I would schedule a meeting and ~ Scheduling a defined half hour for lunch, when I work/play only on personal business

I have ended up with babysitting duty for my two grandsons (2&4). My daughter and her BF are working from 8:30am to bout 5pm. Plus its a rainy, miserable day. So can't even take them outside or up for a walk on the boardwalk. Mostly toys and cartoons and an arts project that I'm going to do with them. Going to be a long day! lol
Very sunny today, for a lovely change, and upper 50's too - what a shock, sun and higher temps all at once!
Have had the dogs out to 2 different parks today so far, and we'll head out again for a third, quite soon. Ebay post was done early, so our first run was at 9 am!
Food has been quite on track, and weight loss, though not as fast, is still happening. Feeling great, mood-wise -- and have lowered my anti-depressants by 2/3. Feeling VERY motivated as well, getting the business more organised.
Especially with having to find a new place. Did I mention the landlord is putting the house up for sale, since I shared our seeking a combined home and workshop premises? In truth, very little is available, in the type of place we seek. Fingers crossed. Meanwhile, the house is unlikely to sell very fast, especially as the price is quite high for this area. Lovely home, but the area is so-so. We shall see.
Going to sit outside for a bit, and do some reading. Then do more business organising; I am presently working on the stores (stock area), but it is looking lots better already!
Joan, prayers for a quick recovery! If you are going to eat out of a can, open up tuna and mix with mayo! Add a few dill pickles. Olives, green beans, there are plenty of low carb options even out of cans! Blessings!

Can you send someone to the store for you, Joan, to pick up a rotisserie chicken? It's easy and low carb. Hope your recovery goes quickly and well.
It's a beautiful day out today, at least at the moment. Cold, though. There was frost on the grass instead of dew this morning. I'll be at the library most of the morning helping with Read to a Dog program. Then home and maybe even do some cleaning around the house!
Oh so sorry Joan hope you recover quickly! I am off to the other side of the state Kansas my daughter is going to prom with her boyfriend and he lives 3 hours away! We like this relationship, partially because they really I ly see each other once in a while so they have to develop their relationship by talking! Yay!!!! I found out Thursday that the problem with my arm is my rotator cuff , the doc doesn't believe it's torn just sprained so no lifting which I rsSlly hant been and antiinflamatories then I see her again in 2 weeks, prob rehab!!!
..I've been missing in action for awhile on this team. I had total knee replacement 4 days ago and ended up not caring what I ate in the hospital. I have to eat easy things that come out of cans or frozen dinners. I'll be back on track in a little while...
Off to a lazy start, but I will gain energy as the day goes on. Not sure I can walk, it is really windy. Walking in the wind sucks. Off to baseball this afternoon and my mil is over for dinner. She has the worst table manners!
