Do you think the meat-only approach without supplements would have to involve many different types of animal tissue, including bone-marrow, bone-broth, organ meats, connective tissue, skin etc.?
My most important supplements are magnesium to prevent cramps, Vitamin D (was tested and found very low, now in the normal range), CoQ10 (from middle age on body does not produce enough), Iodine and Selenium (was deficient with thyroid symptoms), Multi-Vitamin-Mineral (hope to be able to do without that soon once I've been completely without sugar for a while), N-acetyl Cysteine. When I'm exposed to cold/flu I take elderberry extract for immune system strengthening. Most of the rest comes from food, in particular turmeric (spice), garlic, cilantro, thyme, fishoil (omega 3's), milk thistle for liver support, cinnamon to support healthy blood sugar levels.
