Suzanne, Do you think the meat-only approach without supplements would have to involve many different types of animal tissue, including bone-marrow, bone-broth, organ meats, connective tissue, skin etc.? My most important supplements are magnesium to prevent cramps, Vitamin D (was tested and found very low, now in the normal range), CoQ10 (from middle age on body does not produce enough), Iodine and Selenium (was deficient with thyroid symptoms), Multi-Vitamin-Mineral (hope to be able to do without that soon once I've been completely without sugar for a while), N-acetyl Cysteine. When I'm exposed to cold/flu I take elderberry extract for immune system strengthening. Most of the rest comes from food, in particular turmeric (spice), garlic, cilantro, thyme, fishoil (omega 3's), milk thistle for liver support, cinnamon to support healthy blood sugar levels. I probably forgot something in there.
I take a veritable bucketload of supplements. Standard multivitamins simply aren't sufficient (in most instances) for those of us on restricted-carb diets. Our modern foods don't contain the nutritional components of traditional foods, nor do our food-producing practices contribute much to improvement of what we eat, unfortunately.
I have all my meds *and* supplements listed on my Nutrition Tracker, if anyone has the stamina to wade through them all. The things I take are a combination of 1) actual prescription meds; 2) general metabolic supplements suggested by various low-carb and/or paleo resources; and 3) specific supplements I take for particular individual health issues.
It would be a starting point for research for anyone curious about supplements, at least. Please be diligent in that research - oversupplementation is just as bad as deficiency!

Many groups have lived on meat alone without supplements. They have proven very healthy. I did take frolic acid during and prior to my pregnancy. Now I take nothing. I go through periods of taking biotin.
I am going to start taking something called Juice Plus which are capsules which are made from 17 fruits and veggies.

I take a One A Day men's health formula and found it doesn't come anywhere near providing the proper amount of nutrients on a low carb diet. I'm curious what everyone does to get their proper nutrients?
