Beautiful here too today. Had a great walk this morning, although there was more sun this afternoon. Warm too!! It's about 70 now at 6:30..
Tomorrow will be nice too, then downhill to rain! UGH.
EWEFLUFFY IS NOW KICK-SS
TODAY IS THE TOMORROW YOU WORRIED ABOUT YESTERDAY. GET ON WITH IT!!
BEFORE YOU CAN START A NEW CHAPTER - YOU HAVE TO FIRST TURN THE PAGE!
Beautiful here too -- must be near to 70 something!
Babysat 2-1/2 yr old granddaughter, Rowena, a bit this morning, and had a blast! Just got back from the park with 6-yr-old grandson, Milo.
This is soooooo grand!
Had some deviled eggs earlier, going out to dinner with my younger (32 yrs old) son tonight, and will likely have fish or steak.
Can't believe we will be at the airport in 48 hours to return home to the UK.
Gorgeous day here! I didn't get up until noon(ish), and it was mid-high 70s by then... less than 50% humidity! woo-hoo!
I have no special plans. I OUGHT to be catching up on coursework. Who knows. Maybe I will!
...the problem with people these days is
they've forgotten we're really just animals ...
We did not create the web of life; we are but a strand in it.

We don't have souls. We ARE souls. We have bodies.
Gray and gloomy here today, but supposedly the sun is going to show up later today. Since this is Washington State I am not holding my breath! At least there's no ice!
I have to do payroll today, and then tackle a bunch of loose ends all over my desk. I am not inspired. My boss is gone for part of the day, another normal guy called in sick, and there are really only two other people here in the office (downstairs). I feel like I could be SO much more productive somewhere else!!
Need to change my thinking... :)

"Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world." --Albert Einstein
No spring here. I live near the river and it was merely chilly and damp when I got in the car this morning. Not even any frost or condensatioin on the car windows. As I climbed the hill to the highway I noticed traffic (stupidly, I thought) slowing down considerably because of a light dusting of snow. Ha! A light dusting over a thin veneer of pure ice. Got to work late, but in one piece and saw numerous busted taillights and headlights on pulled-over vehicles. Ick.
Not in the best mood today, but fighting it. You know what the old email story says, you always have two choices....
Half of what we know is wrong. The purpose of science is to discover which half.
It is cold again here. Andrew is off school, so we are all going to the old arcade in Montreal. Play video games, bowling, and greasy burgers. As soon as James wakes up, we are off! Andrew is so excited I never spends money on this kind of stuff, but I took out $100 to just waste today.
It's starting to look like spring outside. Sunny, clear, blue sky, high in the upper 40s... Actually, that's still about 10 degrees below normal for around here, but it sounds about right anyway. What do I know.
I'll spend all morning at the library, then come home and do the readings for my class tonight, then go to class. If I get time in between, I'll work on transcribing the interview I did last week. I'm really slow at it, and I have a lot to do. And that's just for the first draft, which needs a lot of clean up. So I guess that pretty much takes up the day.
Have a great day everyone! For some reason, I feel like today is Monday and the first of the month - in a good way. Like things are starting over today. It's a good feeling.
