I eat three meals a day and am often not hungry when I eat. But, I am also very thin. I think if you are overweight, it is fine to miss a meal here and there.
Debb, you sound like you're doing lots better! That makes me happy...
I had a full, busy day at work but I did not work too hard and fast. And no one from the home office called me! :) Ran a couple of errands after work and walked the boys before the sun went down.
I am SO excited to have a weekend off!! Tomorrow I have to run an errand or two, but I'm also going to a friend's multi-million dollar home to visit and drop off some stuff for a birthday party that I'm blowing off tonight. Just did not think I could handle noisy, happy, girl fun after a long week of work. I'll hear about it tomorrow, get a tour of the friend's home who hosted it, and drop off 30 travel size deoderants! LOL The birthday girl did not want gifts so we decided to assemble emergency bags to donate to the local domestic violence non-profit which has several shelters. I hope I get to help finish them off with my contribution tomorrow.

Debb, I don't think you have to eat if you're not humgry, as long as you don't get ravenous and as long as you don't generally slip and reach for carbs when you get hungry. And as long as you're not diabetic.
being diabetic they tell me I have to eat whether I'm hungry or not. this messes me up sometimes, but I also find I'm searching for food at odd times and if I don't be careful I'm reaching for carbs, so I must be hungry just not feeling it.
Giving up sweets lowers your cravings has to do with the lowered insulin levels from not eating them. higher insulin levels makes you crave sweets. so the less carbs you eat, the lower your insulin levels and the lower your cravings. Good work. and the artificial sweeteners often raises the insulin levels cause you body doesn't recognize them, so it goes by the flavor rather than the actual glucose in the blood.

just short of 10 pm here (yawn) but wanted to check in.
Funny -- not the HAHA kind -- how giving up artificial sweeteners has cut out my sweet cravings! Bizarre, huh?
Busy day with work, but still got the dogs out for walks, twice.
Had scrambled eggs earlier, and then shirataki noodles with mayo and cream cheese later on.
Not hungry at all. Should I have eaten anyway? This still confuses me.. do I eat when not hungry to be sure I am not ravenous later on?
That said, I'll be having the lamb chop for breakfast tomorrow, that was going to be tonight's dinner.
Feeling much better about most everything, especially myself. :)
"See" you all tomorrow!
A sunny day here in North Carolina with some strong winds but much calmer than yesterday. I hope to finish , I think the book is called, "Why am I fat" someone on this site advised it was a great book, its very informative, hope to get to the good part that I can use soon, half way done. I'm also reading a Juicing book too. I only have 29 days until I go on my solo cruise.

Good to be back home! James is napping now, but I think I will be able to take a walk this afternoon. It is so sunny out too. Went to an indoor play areas with the boys and a friend today. Got to see some of my friends there and that is always fun.
