I'm trying to get back to eating more veggies. I think I went too LC and reduced them too much. I was inspired by a book I read recently talking about balancing carbs and fiber (I still don't eat grain, legumes etc)
What are your favorites? I was a little surprised when I entered cucumbers to see 3 grams!
What are your thoughts on where your fats come from? There seems to be some debate on this.
I want to recommend smoked sea salt flakes. Got them at Kroger in a clear canister. Kind of gives a bacon essence to things. It's helping me cut down on bacon since I could eat a pound at a sitting probably!
I am starting my ticker again since starting low carb....in the home strech!
