Make sure you are taking multi vitamin and B vitamins and lots of water....we all get it and it goes away.

Just my theory, but I think your body is going through a change that it is getting used to not having the carbs and sugar...after a few more days you start feeling better.

So I got in the car this morning to head to the store to stock up on this week's low carb yummies. I am passing a school zone where you have to drop down to 35 miles per hour. I looked at my speedometer and saw I was only going 25 so I pressed on the pedal a bit more and the car seemed to have no get up and go. I thought something was wrong with it! Then it hit me....

I had my foot on the brake the whole time. Ohmigosh - I felt so stupid. Please tell me this brain fog goes away quickly and that I am not a danger to myself and those around me. LOL
