Today I melted a couple pats of butter in a small skillet and made an oopsie grilled ham and cheese "sandwich". I could not believe how good it was. I'm tickled! I think tomorrow morning I will put a few more in a skillet and then add some cinnamon and s/f maple syrup. I think it will come pretty close to french toast!

Yes - there's a bunch of them there. Just go to the recipe page, click on the shared recipes, and enter "oopsie rolls". You'll find plenty!

Been reading about these for awhile now and decided to whip some up. I made a double batch using the original recipe with no changes. I took them out of the oven and buttered one and ate it while hot. Pretty good, but kinda reminded me of a small oven omelet. I took a second one and wrapped a small chunk of ham inside and really liked that.

So, all in all ... results were favorable, but I think I want to try something more with it. Anyone here have advice on what to add to the batter or any other Oopsie revelations?
