Been reading about these for awhile now and decided to whip some up. I made a double batch using the original recipe with no changes. I took them out of the oven and buttered one and ate it while hot. Pretty good, but kinda reminded me of a small oven omelet. I took a second one and wrapped a small chunk of ham inside and really liked that.
So, all in all ... results were favorable, but I think I want to try something more with it. Anyone here have advice on what to add to the batter or any other Oopsie revelations?
