Due to my wife's health complications we juice pretty much every day. I'm wondering if others here also juice. Here's our nightly recipe:
A big handful of kale
A big handfull of spinach
A thumb nail of ginger
Two celery sticks
One small lemon or a half of a large lemon
Four small green apples or two large green apples
I know the apples aren't on the low carb list but, it's just most of the juice and none of the pulp. It doesn't seem to have much if any impact on my weight loss. I will say that this concoction does make me feel good.
My psychologist is named Harley Davidson.
