If you can, make your own sauce with butter, cream, garlic and parmesean. The bottled kind probably has flour or starch of some kind in it. The cream etc. will thicken up nicely as it cooks. This is what I do to make sausage gravy and then I put it over eggs or pork rinds or whatever.

So my family has decided to make chicken gravy over biscuits for dinner..... a challenge. This is one of my favorite dinners :( The thought of "i can just have one" crossed my mind, but I know I can't! that whole kiss of death thing. lol. I think i'm going to pillage the fridge for left over chicken and make some chicken Alfredo sans noodles. I have to check the Alfredo sauce though because I don't know what the carb count in it is...... hmmm. I'm hitting that boredom stage of induction..... it's annoying. :(
