I agree, low-carb has to be high-fat by definition. If you raise your protein more than what your body uses (usually over 80 grams/day) your body will turn it into sugar, leaving you no better off than high-carb because your body still will have to produce insulin.
Most of my snacks are macadamia nuts, eggs, beef jerky, veggies of all kinds including avoacdos.
Fat will make you feel full and satisfied, meaning I'm often only hungry 2-3 times/day. Your body needs lots of fat for your health, I know, very different from what we used to think.
You can talk to God all you want and that's great, but the changes happen when you start listening to him.
