I had a very non-manic Monday - finally! I worked hard and fast until noon, and then we all went down the road to the only nearby restaurant for lunch and a meeting. Lunch was pretty 'meh' and I did as well as I could under the circumstances, and then the meeting (training) was over at 3:30 so I just went home! Seriously, how much work could I do in a half hour anyway?? :) Leslie Logic.
I walked the boys, talked to my mom (who was feeling 'normal'), and then emailed a client's year end financial stuff to her banker. I had a cheeseburger and a broiled zucchini for dinner and now the rest of the evening is mine, all mine! After I make my lunch, set up my latte for tomorrow, and do some laundry...

Monday from hell. Nothing went right for 7 hours, then had one golden final hour to work like crazy and get it all done before clocking out on time!
Starting choir practice up again tonight. Orthodox Easter (Pascha) isn't until May 5, so we have a lot of Monday evenings coming up to rehearse for Good Friday and Easter Sunday services.

i'm having an unexpected day off today. apparently we in bc now have "family day" on the 2nd monday in february. weird. it's always great to get up and find you didn't have to. i'm going to read for awhile and then i will do some work--cuz there's always work to be done, but, not too much work. i have to take advantage of a holiday.

I'm off work today and just trying to keep moving. Goal for the day is 17,000 steps, plus another workout or two. Trying to decide how high my energy level is. Food goal is very high fat, 95 grams protein (about 25% of my calorie intake), and minimal carbs. I've done "okay" for the past few days, but not smack on target.
Had a good weekend but not so great with food. Had a dessert on Saturday and Sunday. We are re-modeling our office at work. They got the painting all done and moved our desks/computers/faxes, etc. over the weekend. So we got all re-organized first thing this morning. I sort of enjoy that. Kind of like rearranging furniture at home. Will stay on track today and stay with my goals for the Februarty challenge.
