I'm having a good Saturday and I don't to mess it up with client work... Alas, I need to! I did a dog walk this morning, had a killer massage, and she told me that my muscles are the happiest and least knotted up she's ever seen them! Hello, WHAT? Interesting - I guess the neck mess is finally letting go! LOL

Did some errands and now I'm contemplating putting on my jammies... Yes, it's only 3:00 here, but it's easier to work on client stuff in jammies! :)

I happened to see that show also and was amazed!!! Never thought I'd hear Oz agree to that - Maybe some other doctors and medical people will get on the bandwagon now. At least my dr. agrees that low carb is a good way to go!! (My previous dr. said low carb was "hogwash"- her words).

Check this out everyone! Now only if my doctor would get this info and get on board. Dr. Oz really does look "flabbergasted" in this video!

Brrrrrrr! Glad I don't live in Milford, CT today. They got 38". The sun's shining here and while there's ice on my driveway, there's not a lot of snow.

Planning another quiet Saturday. Hope nobody and nothing messes with my planning! The frenetic pace at work is gradually winding down, but that just means that this week I work steadily, not crazily. Still a little burned out!

Lots of cooking/planning to do this weekend. As a cost savings, the boys have been taking lunch to school most days, but it's a pain getting them to pre-plan and prepare their stuff the night before.

And then there's breakfast! I'm a stickler about them not doing without some protein in the morning, but my elder son gets bored with things and picky, and my younger son is sometimes just too tired to be hungry. !!! Teenagers! Anyways, I picked out some new things at ALDI and we'll see how they go down with them.

We got a lot of snow, but not a blizzard really. James is fussy today, hopefully his mood improves after his nap!

Hi All,

Hope you have a great weekend. I am going to head out of the valley and get as far away from the inversion, bad air and work as I can. I think I'll head to Idaho and buy lottery tickets. I think the schmuck in the air in combination with stress is what is making me feel off -- the good news is I am not hardly eating so I have lost my Christmas gain plus a couple more.

Spring accountability measures are going strong -- one whole district test in full swing, one 3 grade senate reporting measure in the middle, one 3 grade test starting next week.

Have a great day

Terr

My daughter had winter formal tonight so were getting her ready! And I'd've to finish school work! Oh get this in my therapeutic nutrition class my online discussion question is about the rda recommend fat consumption so it asked if I was high fat or low fat and if I would change ! Soooo I said high fat and nope! That I didn't eat all that other garbage and I felt better this way ! But a couple if the people were I am not going to eat avocados any more they are to high in fat! And I needed to lose way so I better cut real butter! Ughhh I wanted to scream!!!! Avocados? The best fat -and they wanted to cut it oh my ! I knew this would be hard to do this class but man, I am restraining my self but I want to just plant little seeds of doubt in there minds so maybe they will start thinking and researching for themselves!!

Friday seems to have gotten lost in the shuffle! Hope it was a good day for everyone.

Will spend the day at the library, then come home tired and with sore legs. But I like it anyway.

Hope you East Coast folks are doing ok. Did the blizzard get up as far as you, Suzanne?
