wasn't sure where to post this but This Is what I have for breakfast everyday. It's a bullet proof coffee.

I make these and add them to my Coffee. I use mini Ice cube trays. and keep them in the freezer.

Perhaps we could get some food pics along with these recipes since you eat with your eyes before anything else. As a Carnivore Foodie, I'd love to see a plate of food and think "wow that looks yummy. I want to try that". I don't think you need to be a food stylist to share, just have a camera and the courage to post your meal to the world. Ok, maybe not the world, just all of us here in our little corner of recipes.

Inner hobbit.....is that the one where i get to have second breakfast? I like that.

go inner hobbit hunting and dispose of that critter :) :) :)

my food changed
I wanted

12 slices of thin bacon. yum
8 oz ribeye in garlic unsalted butter

stuffed to the max. bit bloaty from sodium but I never care about that really.

probaby done eating for the day. in a non-hunger zone. high fat helps me so much. when I lower fat just cause I want tuna or some meat less fatty, I get alot more hungry.

I tell hubby constantly...a ton of bacon and a butter steak, best darn 'diet' in the world for this old meat hound :) :)

10:10 and I had 2 sausage patties (from my processor, no sugar in spice mix--yum)

6 oz filet mignon steak with 2 pats butter. HOLY! In heaven for sure!

I love the holiday when all the great cuts of meat go on sale cause no one buys them. me and my freezer do very well at this time stocking up :) :)

I have no set times for anything about my food.

I eat VLC any time, any thing I want, whenever :)

other day I had 1.5 lbs of crab legs at 9:30 AM cause it is what I wanted!

I love being off the grid of what others do, I just do what fits me whenever that is and it is very freeing in a way. Some do the breakfast/lunch/dinner and a few snacks each day like clockwork. might fit them but I sure don't fall into this at all.

I wasn't able to look at an egg all week last week. I was eating awful then finally ate a flax/almond MIM for breakfast yesterday am and was able to get back to eggs today. cooked in leftover pork fat. I also eat left over grilled chicken or pork, or left over roast beef for breakfast and sometimes fry a pork steak or sausage but sausages go on sale so often that they're becoming like eggs. I'd be happy to go a month or so without them.

An OMM/MIM, split, buttered, broiled (to make it drier and stiffer and more like toast), then spread with peanut butter. It sounded so good when I was planning and fixing it, but for some reason the peanut butter didn't really work with the OMM/MIM. Live and learn. It wasn't bad, just not as good as I had expected.

I turned the leftovers from last night, ribeye steak and sauteed veggies (mushrooms, peppers, red onions, garlic) into the most amazing omelet this morning. Sprinkled a little cheddar on there...

Gosh, it was yummmy!

This morning I had a 'loaded' 2 eggs omelet, cooked in butter.
I 'stuffed' it with canadian bacon, Jack & Colby Cheese (1oz), red onion and mini sweet peppers.

I sauteed the red onions and mini sweet peppers lightly in some butter first and then threw in the Canadian bacon and let that cook....then I made the omelet, and after flipped it over, sprinkled the cheese over top, and then stuffed it full of yumminess, lol

*drooool*

Breakfast is a cheese, mini sweet pepper, & mushroom omelet YUM!
1 ounce of cheese (Kraft Triple Cheddar Blend)
1 mini 'orange' sweet pepper, diced
3oz of mushrooms, sliced
1tbsp butter
2 eggs

I saute' the mushrooms & peppers first, and then proceed to making my omelet, adding the veggies & cheese right as I'm 'plating' the omelet.

I've been making a variety of different omelets..and stuffing them with all kinds of goodies.
This morning I made a two egg omelet stuffed with sauteed mini sweet peppers, red onion, mushrooms and topped with 1oz of finely grated cheese. (Sharp Vermont Cheddar, Sharp & Mild Cheddar)
