Net carbs for the most part. (Maltodextrin is not a fiber according to my body, no matter what the labels say.) I'm still undecided as to the fiber question, but my body responds well to green vegetables, chia seeds, flax meal, konyakku, and some quantity of low-sugar fruits, so I've chosen the option that allows me to eat those.
I have been eating up to 100 g of total carbs a day. I know different things work for different people but I was just wondering for those of you on a low carb diet do you go by total carbs or net carbs?
