I just read through his blog about his egg fest. Because of my schedule, I couldn't commit to this diet, but I am going to definitely increase the eggs in my diet. One of my favorite meals is scrambled eggs with butter and lots of cheese and bacon bits. I'll eliminate the bacon bits. Eggs microwave well so it's great to take to work for my mid-morning snack and maybe even lunch. I'll just have to start making a lot more of them. Yummy yummy eggs!!!!

Well I think it may be doable for me also.. I have 2.5 dozen of hard boiled eggs from Easter.. so I guess I should start..lol Today was an all egg day for me. They are cheap. I think I will make deviled eggs for dinner, my youngest loves them..

I eat zc, meat and egg. I love it. I am not sure how long he plans to do the egg only thing, I know a few zc people who are doing egg only, but just for like 2 weeks. I could do it, I like eggs, but I love my meat and that seems to be working for me. It sure would be cheap!
Thanks for sharing that. I will definitely look it up. I love eggs! I could do it. It would be tough to give up the diet coke but I could do that too. My scale has been moving, but ever so slowly. I did look into the meat and egg diet which also sounds doable. Just not sure about the transition from such extreme low carb back to normal low carb eating. I heard that you have to increase your carbs very slowly in order to not start gaining weight after your loss.

Have any of you followed JM's egg only diet? It seems to be working for him. He eats only eggs, butter and some cheese. But, he also dropped diet soda. It would not be for me, but thought some of you might find it interesting.
