Drove through and didn't get my planned eggs. Thank god I planned ahead and took calorie controlled portion control snacks. Did not stop to eat any fast foods. Avoided all temptation and waited till I got home to eat.Won't know until my next weigh in whether it will help with my plateau I'm on or not.

An oopsie is a cream cheese and egg concoction that is baked and used as a bread substitute. They are awesome. The recipe is on the main team thread under recipes. They are also better the next day.
Monday eggs and sausage, cheese, jalapeno's, green tea swiss cheese atkins bar low carb meatloaf w/cheese broccoli, manwich-no bread sf ice cream almonds a couple pork rinds
Went over a bit but not real bad. It's the sodium from the rinds that will get me.

OK day 6.
tea with milk
chicken and coleslaw with tom
choc mousse
salmon and HB egg salad
grapes
tea with milk
Weighed in at Doc's yesterday. Down from last time. Woo hoo. I love to see it on his scales, I always feel that makes it official. All tests good.
I was starving last night, so I had chicken and coleslaw before I went to bed. Cut out fruit, but I was most likely a bit over my limit.
Need more protein today, not craving, just really hungry. I seem to do fine cal counting for 4 or 5 days, and then I just have to get some more protein and also sodium. Because of my diet, I am sometimes low on salt and then I get muscle spasams.
WW, what is unstuffed cabbage. Do you mean raw cabbage or just cooked with nothing else?
I love stuffed cabbage.
Off to get brekky.
Have a great day girls.

Hey nancy - can you post recipe for mock danish.
I use the oopsies for pizza, bread, rolls, crepes, but danish sounds wonderful.
Any ideas for sausage rolls girls?? Or pastry. I love pies.
I just keep reminding myself I have lost 42 lb, but I sure would love a substitue for those.
So love seeing these, I find the cal counting weeks quite hard, but they sure do help with the weight loss.
Day 1 Day 2 Day 3 Day 4
Day 5 on cal counting this week Tea with milk fruit
Gravy from casserole as soup Chocolate low carb ice cream
salmon with spinach
beef and tomato casserole

Still about 100-125 calories a day more than I want to be. But I'll get it back together. My knees are hurting so bad, it's been hard to make it through work much less a workout but I need to find some chair exercises and at least be doing something.

So good to have you all posting on here. Nancy you are a treasure this was a great idea of yours.
Well now yesterday:
Beef hamburgers with melted cheese
Sardine sands made with new (at least to me) oopsie bread. It is so good. Just like real sarnies, which I have a passion for. I spread it thin (the oopsie mix and it cooked so quickly) and stuffed it full or sardins, vinegar and salt. I love this mixture.
Hot garlic ooopsie bread with melted butter. Chocolate (no sugar cocoa) ice cream made with cream and gelatine. Yumeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Best on the day its made.
Today: Beefburgers with parsley and fried eggs on garlic oopsie bread. Goes further for me than the oopsie hamburger buns - which has to be a good thing. 6 eggs make several good sized slices of 'bread'. I cut it up as soon as it is cold. Easy as it does not stick to the baking paper, also after I have whisked the egg white, I just quickly mix in the egg yolk mixture. So much quicker and easier than the way I used to make the buns which took me ages. I wonder now if I was doing them wrong.
Cheese and cup of tea for lunch - still feel full from brekky.
Salmon oopsie sarnies for dinner tonight. Maybe lemon ice blocks or mousse to follow.
Its very hot today, so just feel like resting. Far to hot to garden or even go outside really. Happy as a sandboy just playing here.
xx
