Did you know that you have the power within you to succeed? Absolute truth! If you convince yourself that you are going to succeed and do everything in your power to stay on track… you’ll succeed!

The day that you take responsibility for your actions and admit that there’s more that you can do to improve your life and take that all important step towards a more healthy lifestyle is the day that you will have great success!

The excuses will stop, the self blame will stop, the self pity will stop and your days of success will begin!

Remember… the power to succeed is yours alone but you have to be totally committed to what you are doing. You have to stay focused and you have to remain true to yourself and not straying off on the snacking train, the chocolate choo choo, the overweight freight to heavyville.

At this point I want to say that it is alright to have the odd snack because you have to treat yourself every once in a while… but if you like to binge in chocolate, cakes, cookies, pastries, muffins, donuts, eclairs etc etc… and do this multiple times a day … then it’s time to step up and take responsibility for your actions and accept the fact that you’re not ready for a lifestyle change.

If you’re ready to make the commitment to becoming fit and healthy then you will become successful… because you really want it!

No one else can do it for you! Only you can make this happen! Your life is your responsibility and what you do with it is your own choice… but I’ve been there… and I know how hard it is to change once you’ve had the “Taste” of the good life! You’re the one that has to life in your shoes… but with added weight comes added health risks including Diabetes, Arthritis, high blood pressure, heart problems, poor circulation, breathing problems, mobility problems, premature aging, and a host of others. My question to you is… Why do you want to put yourself and your health at risk, possibly dyeing young, when it’s totally reversible and treatable? When, with a little bit of work and exercise you could prolong your life and enjoy your life with less pain and more mobility!

Success on any major scale requires you to accept responsibility and work towards your ultimate goals! It's up to you to choose the thoughts and actions that will lead you to success.
Your life will be what you make of it. Nothing will ever happen by itself. Success will come your way once you realize that you have to make it come your way by your own actions.

The power to succeed is yours alone. Your range of available choices right now has no limits. The only limits you have are in your mind. If you believe that you have what it takes to succeed in your quest for health and lifestyle change, then you’ll succeed! That’s right… YOU’LL SUCCEED!

Always remember… the healthier you are… the better your life will be... and isn’t that what we all need? Isn’t that what we deserve?
A better life?

Of course we deserve it!
We deserve the best…

why settle for less when better is available and best is achievable!
The Power to Succeed is within us… seize the power and run with it!
