SOCIAL CHALLENGE
-Earn 1 point for EACH POST on the February Chat thread.
-Earn 5 points for WEIGHING IN on Friday, February 8th.
-Earn 10 points for EVERY FIFTH POST on the February Chat Thread (added to points for each post! Come on Ladies! We need to keep motivating each other!!!)


FITNESS CHALLENGE
-Earn 1 point for TRACKING your Work Outs - Max 1 point/day
-Earn 5 point for WORKING OUT despite an obsticle - Max 10 points
-Earn 10 points for UPPING YOUR INTENSITY (this can be with higher weights, longer sessions, more frequency... lets mix it up!)


NUTRITION CHALLENGE
-Earn 1 point for EACH GLASS OF WATER - Max 10 points/day
-Earn 5 points for EACH FULL DAY of FOOD TRACKING (must track everything eaten)
-Earn 10 points for RESEARCHING BEFORE EATING a takeout/restraunt meal (most chains post their nutrional information on their website ... take advantage of that this week and pre-plan!)

-Earn 10 points for REACHING OUT to a non-active member of the team (see the huddle for people currently active on Spark) You can leave a message, comment, or goodie...

FITNESS CHALLENGE
-Earn 1 point for TRACKING your Work Outs - Max 1 point/day
-Earn 5 point for WORKING OUT despite an obsticle - Max 10 points
-Earn 10 points for ADDING something to your fitness routine (this could be an extra day, an extra weight set, an extra few mintues on your run ... etc)

NUTRITION CHALLENGE
-Earn 1 point for EACH GLASS OF WATER - Max 10 points/day
-Earn 5 points for EACH FULL DAY of FOOD TRACKING (must track everything eaten)
-Earn 10 points for BATCH COOKING or MEAL PLANNING this week

-Earn 10 points for TALKING to one person that you feel is HOLDING YOU BACK in your weigh loss journey (If you have no one that is doing this, then feel free to give yourself a pep talk!!) Tell this person what they are doing to hold you back and how they can help you or, at least, stay out of your way!
