-Earn 10 points for ADDING something to your fitness routine (this could be an extra day, an extra weight set, an extra few mintues on your run ... etc)
-Earn 1 point for EACH GLASS OF WATER - Max 10 points/day
-Earn 5 points for EACH FULL DAY of FOOD TRACKING (must track everything eaten)
-Earn 10 points for BATCH COOKING or MEAL PLANNING this week
