main goal: to start a healthy lifestyle - get to 120's
I am trying to do this by lowering my carbs bc boy do I LOVE BREAD/PASTA/CARBS, CARBS, CARBS!!! lol - it is a little harder because I have childern.
I also jog/walk.. trying to increase my exercise!
I prefer if my buddy was a girl- sry- I just get more motived by women who are on the same page :)
At the end of day it's not about what you "CAN" do or "PLANNED" to do- it's about what you DID.
Fat is choice - it's time I stopped making bad choices!!!
