I spent hours yesterday setting up my new office at work. I brought home boxes of stuff that I need to go through. I must get them out of my car - I paid $4.09 this morning for gas - yikes! Extra weight in the car lowers gas mileage and I weigh enough....!

Just woke up-late night last nigt with the race on. I remember why I don't like Saturday night racing. LOL. I like to be in bed and asleep by 11. I had to watch it though. It was the first race of the season. It was for money and no points which makes the racing even more exciting except that the wrecks get bigger and more dangerous. I'm glad no one was hurt last night. I'm going to drink my latte and clena house for a few mins-that's all it needs and then bust out my dvd!! Hope you, ladies have a great Sunday!!

CMR, glad to hear that you enjoyed your yoga class. I used to go to yogalates and I loved it. I no longer belong to the gym anymore so I don't go. But I have a yoga dvd that I like to do on Sunday mornings to start my week off. It's relaxing and empowering. I love it.

June-sorry that you aren't feeling well. Take care of yourself and come back when you are ready. Don't get down on yourself for not being able to exercise. Just take care of yourself.

I just had a brisk walk with Coco. It's chilly out so I was walking briskly. LOL. He strolls at the same pace unless it is actually snowing or raining. Then the little chubby dog won't come off the porch!! LOL

Really enjoyed my Friday yoga. Julie, the instructor, is also a fitness instructor so she keeps us moving at a pretty brisk pace. I felt like I burned some calories.

I always say "lift with the legs" as I do anything, but I am never sure I am doing it right. I had to move a heavy water bottle twice yesterday and was a bit apprehensive about it...I survived. I don't feel great today, but it's not for those reasons. I am intact!

Any exercise is good, including moving heavy boxes! Definitely try to track this.

There is a thingy for that. I know-don't get so technical. It is under other activities I think. Search for it. I used it a couple of years ago when I moved Mom's stuff in here. At least you got some exercise in. Work those shoulders and obliques!!!

I would not know how to put this in my fitness tracker, but I have been moving boxes of files
today...That should count for something - my shoulders feel as if they have worked!

emoticon I like your advice to focus on one thing, and do it every day.

I'm far from perfect with the food, but I focus on weight lifting, yoga and getting enough fruits, vegetables and fiber.

I got in 40 mins of exercise this morning. I wasn't in pain, so I got up and thought, walk into the living room, get on the bike and ride. I watched tv and my wife was in bed so I was able to concentrate on what I was doing and also distract myself. I was surprised when I was at 20 mins and thought I can double this!! So I did!! I am so far within my calorie range. My wife wanted pizza tonight for dinner adn I got Pizza hut's veggie lover. It's still 350 a slice but I stopped at 2!! I have some strawberries I think I'll have for a midnight snack.

So sorry to hear about tooth pain & financial pressures. I can relate. I'll share some advice another Sparkfriend gave to me: focus on one thing and one thing only. Make sure you do that one thing every day. It does not matter whether it's the water, food tracking, 10 minutes of exercise or..., just do it! AND give yourself props for following through.

Build on that. (My magic wand is not functioning or we would all have the money we need!)

I have been a little down the past few days. I'm in alot of pain with my tooth and I have barely been able to exercise. It hurts and I have no dental insurance and no money.
I'm trying to eat good but I get int eh mindset of all o nothing thinking. I know it's wrong, but I do it anyhow. I eat badly, I don't pay attention to portion control, I don't put 100% in my exercise. I need some advice.
